  This is the 2nd government related review I've written and both are related to the Rockwall County. I'm glad I live in Rockwall county when I have to register my car because the people are very helpful. Now of course there's long lines, (I've never been to a government or DOT building without lines) but the people that helped me were very helpful. I've lived in Rockwall county now for 6 years and registering my vehicle here is much easier and smoother than living in Dallas county. It also helps that I like the building--it's a registered historic building and I admire the way they retrofitted it. I enjoy looking at it when I go there. Note: the doors close promptly at 4:45pm
